A Simple Plan That Prevents Big Problems
Small leaks and worn parts can turn into big repairs. Our Preventative Maintenance Plan gives your home a once-a-year checkup so we can find issues early and keep your water running right.
You get a full home plumbing check, water heater care, a sump pump check, and priority scheduling—done by licensed, local pros who treat your home with care.
- Whole-home plumbing check: we look at sinks, toilets, tubs/showers, faucets, visible pipes, drains, shutoff valves, hose bibs (outside spigots), and water pressure.
- Water heater care: safety check on all plans. Plus Plan adds one water heater flush per year (standard tank).
- Sump pump check: we test your pump once a year if you have one.
- Toilet tune-ups: simple adjustments to help them fill and flush right.
- Leak hunt: we scan common trouble spots so little drips don’t turn into damage.
- Priority scheduling during regular hours (Mon–Fri, 8–4).
- Member discount: 10% off labor (up to $75). Not combinable with Seniors or Military discount.
Note: Parts and larger repairs are quoted separately. Tankless water heater descaling/flush is not included in the Plus Plan and may need a custom quote.

Maintenance Plan FAQs
What is a whole-home plumbing check?
We look at sinks, toilets, tubs/showers, faucets, visible pipes, drains, shutoff valves, hose bibs (outside spigots), and water pressure. We note anything that needs work.
What does the water heater service include?
All plans get a safety check. The Plus Plan adds one flush per year for a standard tank water heater. Tankless descaling is separate and quoted by unit.
Do I need an outside cleanout for the camera inspection?
Yes, the Plus Plan’s camera inspection requires an accessible outside cleanout for safe entry and best results. If there isn’t a cleanout, we can quote installing one. As an alternative, we can discuss pulling a toilet for access (extra labor/materials) where appropriate.
Will you pull a toilet if I don’t have a cleanout?
We can when it makes sense, but it is not included in the plan. Additional labor and reset materials apply, and results can be limited versus a proper outside cleanout.
Is digging or locating the sewer line included?
No. Locating/marking the sewer, depth checks, and any digging or excavation are outside the plan scope. We can provide a separate quote if needed.
What if the camera can’t get through?
Collapsed, offset, or heavily root-impacted lines can stop the camera. We’ll document findings up to the point of obstruction and discuss next steps.
Do I get a discount on repairs?
Yes. Members get 10% off labor, up to $75. It can’t be combined with Seniors/Military discounts or other offers. Parts and equipment are not discounted.
When does priority scheduling apply?
During regular hours (Mon–Fri, 8–4). After-hours and weekends are not included in plan benefits.
Is the plan monthly or yearly?
It’s a yearly plan. Benefits begin after payment and last one year. Single-family homes in our standard service area; trip fees may apply outside.
